Burglar Bars
Well that didn't last long.I thought I was fighting fit again - but just installing some burglar bars yesterday morning has set me back to square one. I felt a few twinges in the shoulder and then it went pop. Now it hurts no matter what position I'm in.
Frustrating, or what?
